Second Sanctuary Cove Winter Collection home unveiled

Sanctuary Cove has unveiled its second Winter Collection display home.

The recently completed four-bedroom, golf course fronting home in the Banksia precinct is now open for inspection.

The Banksia precinct offers views across The Palms golf course and is close to the Marine Village, Sanctuary Cove’s waterfront commercial, retail, and dining precinct.

The Winter Collection will  include six residences built in Sanctuary Cove’s three precincts, Banksia, Alpinia and Tristiana, which offer golf course, hillside, or waterfront living.

The first Winter Collection home in the Alpinia precinct was opened earlier this year.

All six homes in the Winter Collection will be priced from $995, 000 and will feature four-bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, a media room, a minimum two-car lockup garage, and separate golf buggy parking.

Mulpha Sanctuary Cove general manager of sales, John Hughes, said the display homes are well-priced.

‘With just six homes to be built in this collection, it is a very limited opportunity at a price point that was previously unheard of at Sanctuary Cove,’ he said.

Mr Hughes said the two open residences provide prospective buyers with an insight into the lifestyle on offer in the masterplanned community.

‘Buyers can now see and appreciate the layout and finishes of these spectacular new homes, while getting a sense of the lifestyle and outlook available in the Banksia and Alpinia precincts,’ he said.

Sanctuary Cove’s Winter Collection was the focus of a Facebook marketing campaign late last year, which sought ideas from the public regarding the design and layout of the homes.

Mr Hughes said the display homes feature some of the ideas entered in the competition.

The two open display residences are being offered for immediate sale and can be inspected by appointment.
