Pradella launches highest building in Urban Edge Village
Queensland property developer Pradella has unveiled the third and final stage of its Urban Edge residential development in Kelvin Grove.
SkyView will be the tallest building in the $2billion village and is the last chance for people to buy into the inner-city residence.
The 14-level luxury apartment block will be perched on the highest point of the Urban Edge site, offering residents views of the CBD and Victoria Park Golf Course.
SkyView will include a variety of 147 one, two and three-bedroom apartments with prices beginning at $326, 000.
The open-plan apartments boast design collaboration between architecture and design firms Rothe Lowman White and Lat 27.
The first two stages of the Urban Edge development, Vista and Horizons, have attracted high interest and are already 100 per cent and 70 per cent sold respectively.
Vista was completely rented within five weeks of its completion and Horizons has performed strongly in the rental market, bringing in returns of $415-$470 per week for one-bedroom apartments and $540-$615 per week for two-bedrooms.
Development manager Brett Lentz attributes the popularity of the Urban Edge Village to its location and access to first-class amenities.
‘Just two kilometres from the city, Kelvin Grove represents an attractive proposition for both astute investors and owner/occupiers and coupled with a lack of stock in the CBD fringe, this is driving strong rental growth in this thriving precinct,’ he said.
‘With QUT, RBH medical precinct, Victoria Park Golf Course, Suncorp Stadium and The Barracks at its doorstep, Urban Edge’s popularity comes down to quality design and the lifestyle benefits only available in inner-city locations.’
Mr Lentz says Pradella is excited about showcasing SkyView to the community and expects the launch will be met with high interest.
