Penthouse sale at Salacia Waters
A Salacia Waters penthouse has sold for $1.7million to a retiring South American couple.
The three-bedroom apartment sits atop the Copia building and has views north across the marina to the Coomera River.
It is the third penthouse to change hands in the first completed stage of Salacia Waters, bringing the total penthouse sales in the waterfront community at Paradise Point to $5.78million.
Salacia Waters marketing manager Michael Kim said the sale reflects a general upswing in the Gold Coast’s prestige market, with buyers recognising the value of properties on offer.
‘Buyers realise they are getting a foothold in a premier residential and marina community for reasonable outlay that sets them up for future capital gains,’ he said.
Salacia Waters is bordered on three sides by water and features a 72-berth marina with direct deep-water access to The Broadwater and Coomera River.
Measuring 318sq m, the penthouse features a media room and access to swimming pools and a fully equipped gymnasium.
Remaining apartments at Salacia Waters range from 97sq m to 369sq m with prices starting at $399, 000.
